Who are you
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in client relations or customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in Dutch and English
What are you going to do
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our firm
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain and update client records
- Collaborate with the investment team to provide clients with relevant information
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
